Today's subject, stray animals.

Not wild, strays!

I, myself has rared only a few types of pets so far.
I used to rare 5 dogs, not all together,
used to have a few tortoise when I was a kid,
lots of fish in a big aquarium.
I now own a pet bunny (New Zealand breed), 6 betta fish (Siamese fighting fish), 2 Goldfish (One of them 's Red Lion head), 1 guppy, 3 unknown breed (Haven't find out what breed).

I'm much more experienced in taking care of the dogs and betta fish, more to dog, mind you.

There's many strays wondering about the world, starving, rummaging throw garbage, falling sick and dying in the cruelest way.
In Malaysia, where lived most Muslims, who are not allowed to rare dog, or even to touch them. It is against their religion believe. But it is said that they're allowed to rare cats, which they do, a lot.

EDITS: Thanks to my dear Dominique, Muslims are not allow to come in contact with the dog's saliva. They're allowed to pet them, touch them and just things that does not come in contact with their saliva, yes.

But well, not everyone is rich enough to buy pets from those pet shop.
Not everyone can afford a RM1000+ puppy.
But many don't know, there's a pet rescue centre,
bringing in surrendered-pets and strays.
No worries, stray's all vaccinated and deworm-ed before any of them are allowed to be adopted.
Some might have to undergo surgery beforehand, that is, if its injured.

Well, here's a list of pet rescue centre:

::: SPCA @ Jalan Kerja Air Lama, Ampang, Selangor
::: PAWS @ Subang Airport Road, Subang, Selangor
::: H.O.P.E @  Johor Bharu, Johor
::: SPCA @ Sarawak
::: SPCA @ Penang
::: SPCA @ Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
::: SPCA @ Seberang Perai

And here's some online pet rescue centre, you may contact the breeder/seller through which ever preferred:

::: PUPPY.COM.MY
::: PetFinder
::: rescue2rehome
::: pawsmission
::: grASSpg

These are only a few among a few,
but here's the famous WWF and also a little interesting website I found,
they're a free magazine organisation: Petster Magazine

You can volunteer in helping them, an hour will do.
Longer time spent is very much appreciated.

And if you're rich or maybe a little extra pocket money,
please do spare a little and donate to these cute little rascals.
You don't have to adopt them, but please do donate,
even a few ringgit will do.
To the pet rescue centre or the WWF.
Most pet rescue centre are independent organisation,
which mean they only live on money donated by kind citizens,
mostly pet lovers.

To the WWF, you can help by adopting the four main animal that's going to extinct in Malaysia soon,
the tiger, there's less than 500 of them in Malaysia,
you can help by adopting it, paying it monthly,
for as low as only RM30.
Or maybe a turtle, perhaps a panda or maybe an 'orang utan'.
Help preserve their species,
keep the balance of the eco-system.

Animals part of the mother nature,
don't go killing it off.

and also, please spare a little time and sign this petition,
it's free, just fill in your name and a few other information,
no charge, guaranteed,

just continue to scroll down:
